Withering of Light
This was one of those projects that faced one difficulty after another. With all the Covid restrictions, we had to make many changes to get the project finished. My son was a trooper and did the acting for us. We were planning on doing the shoot in an old warehouse, but last minute lost the location due to change of ownership. The whole thing ended up being shot in my garage. We rearranged and made it work. When the song was first given to me, I was a little unsure of what to do and where to go with it. With a little brainstorming and suggestions, it ended up being one of my favorite projects to date. We got an honorable mention in the Cannes Shorts Film Festival, which was an unexpected surprise.
